Getting started is simple. Contact us by phone, email, or through our online request form with the type of document you need notarized, your preferred appointment date and time, and your location. We will review your request, explain what you should bring, confirm availability, and provide pricing before your appointment. Each signer must appear in person with a current, acceptable form of identification and should wait to sign the document in the Notary’s presence, when required.
-
We combine professionalism and attention to detail with friendly, customer-focused service. We understand that notarizing an important document can sometimes feel stressful or time-sensitive, so we work to make the process convenient, comfortable, and straightforward. Every customer is treated with patience, integrity, privacy, and respect. Our goal is not simply to notarize your document—it is to provide dependable service and a positive experience from beginning to end.
-
Our pricing is transparent, fair, and based on the type and number of notarial acts requested. Mobile appointments may also include a travel or convenience fee based on the location, distance, appointment time, and any special accommodations required. Before confirming your appointment, we will explain the anticipated charges so that you understand the cost in advance. There are no unexpected fees.
